After attending Copenhagen Fashion Week for the first time last January, I was very happy to return last week for the SS26 collections.
Copenhagen Fashion Week has been steadily gaining ground on the global fashion calendar. What once felt like a regional event is now confidently positioning itself as a key player in the yearly schedule. Its reach continues to grow through a strong line-up of mid-market and emerging designers from diverse backgrounds, and the level of both local talent and international industry attendees keeps rising. Add to that the charm of this beautiful city—so deeply rooted in design and aesthetics—and it becomes clear why it holds such an appeal for me. I went last week for four days and here’s what I’ve seen, been and done.
